It is possible to use a M$ only environment if you are using PXES
clients to access Microsoft Terminal Server and you don't want a
Unix/Linux server to provide the DHCP and kernel and initial ram disk
images.
Install tftpd32 by Philippe Jounin and copy the PXES files into the
configured TFTP directory.
Microsoft DHPC server.
