Configuring kernel and initrd

This is the graphical screen that is showed while booting.
You can customize this screen to your desires.
Quick start hint: leave the default.
kernel
The kernel the thin client is going to boot.
You can select the kernel that best suit your needs.
Quick start hint: leave the default.
initrd This is the name of the file containing the image of the initial ram disk.
Quick start hint: leave the default.
initialize ram disk
Check this button to initialize the ram disk image. This will erase all the contents, so be careful.
Quick start hint: because you don't have any ram disk image check this button to create one.
network bootable image Select this if you are using a client that boot from Etherboot diskette.
read saved configuration This check button allows you to read a previosuly saved configuration stored in a ram disk.
Quick start hint: leave the button unchecked.

druid

Select splash screen, kernel and initial ram disk in the correspondings "file selections".
If the filesystem is being created for the first time or if you want to re-create an existing one, you should check the "initialize" button.
For a previously existent filesystem you could check the "Read saved configuration" to read the saved configuration files and fill the values of the corresponding parameters.
